Jun 07, 2013 Something To Eat: BEAGLE BOUND Launched in March this year, Beagle bar, coffee shop and restaurant is set in three beautifully restored railway arches in London's Hoxton area and has left us secretly trawling through online snaps of their mouthwatering dishes to satisfy our cravings between real life visits. It's that good and that beautiful. Heading up the kitchen is one of London's most exciting young chefs, James Ferguson (former Head Chef at Rochelle Canteen), who delivers seasonal produce led, British cooking and we have yet to be disappointed. Yes - that does say pig's head croquettes. Cockles, Bacon and Cider Tamworth Pork Chop, Borlotti Beans & Tropea Onions If you close your eyes and say it three times you might just be transported there: Beagle Juice, Beagle Juice, Beagle Juice!
