Doctor's Orders Reward Scheme

Doctor's Orders is a simple reward scheme for corporate PAs - it ensures that every time you buy a Sick-Note for/on behalf of someone in your company, you will also reap the benefits.

Here's how it works:

1. You order a Sick-Note with a value of at least £29.99 excluding delivery.

2. At the checkout, fill in your Loyalty Card number (if you do not have one and want to register for one please email us at with subject "Doctor's Orders").

3. Once we have received your first order (with your number) we will immediately send you a lovely, free gift worth £12 to say thank you and welcome.

4. Each time you then order from us in the future, use your loyalty card number (you'll be flagged in our system so won't miss out - don't worry!).

5. Once you have ordered five Sick-Notes worth at least £29.99 each we will send you your very own Sick-Note pack.

6. You can choose any Sick-Note from the collection, including the option to build your own bespoke pack, up to a value of £50 including delivery.

Q&A - Things you may be wondering about:

Am I eligible for the reward scheme/a PA?
If you order Sick-Notes on behalf of other people and are an authorised user of their bank card then we take that as a yes!

Do I have to buy my 5 Sick-Notes within a set amount of time to receive my gift?
No, order in your own time - we'll be here when you're ready.

How do I get my free Sick-Note?
We will email you when you have hit the magic number. Then, have a look through the range, decide which pack you want and where you want it sent, call us on +44 (0) 207 428 9777 with your name and loyalty card number and we will get your Sick-Note shipped out that very day!

How many times can I receive one?
As many times as you like. Doctor's Orders is designed to bring you health and happiness again and again so every time you hit your big 5 we'll send you another pack in which to indulge. Do keep in mind that this offer cannot be redeemed in conjunction with other offers, discounts or promotions.

Can I spread the word?
Of course - spread the love far and wide!
